This plant welcomes spring. A unique black catkin flower.   This native of temperate Asia creates an easily managed shrub for border areas in the garden landscape. Excellent for feeding the bees after the winter season. Please wait until the bloom is over before pruning because you will want it to flower again next year. Easy and fast growing they do best in full sun. 

Hardy to Zone 5 and higher for outdoors.
